Trip Down Memory Lane

Horse Feed

Oh, the wonderful smell of grain! A trip to the local feed store takes me down memory lane. My recent visit to the Troyer Feed Mill reminded me of going the Grange League Federation (GLF) / Agway Feed Mill in Coudersport, Pennsylvania as a kid with my dad. And, I’m very certain that it was the aroma of that freshly milled grain that took me back to those great childhood memories.

Of course, the GLF is no longer there. It has long since been replaced by a McDonald’s restaurant. And as far as I know, the Troyer Feed Mill in Ulysses, Pennsylvania is the only operating feed mill in Potter County, today. We are very fortunate to have this fine local feed mill in the community. They have great feed products as you can see here and the best service.
