Turn On The Heaters

It’s fall in Potter County, Pennsylvania and it’s time to turn on the heat. Here’s the procedure. Use some garden-grown Mr. Uglies to get that nice tomato flavor base. Then add the flavor enhancers to bring up the temperature. Do a little mix and there’s a nicely blended Salsa. Add some toasted bread for dipping.  Enjoyed together, it’s nice and warm.

To bring the warmth use some garlic from the Wooleylot Farm,  winter-storage yellow onions from the Fallen Leaf Farm  and chili peppers  from the Fitzgerald’s Family Farm as shown here.
